Ayurvedic Rituals for The Postpartum Mother

with Aparna Khanolkar

a snippet:   Talking with Aparna is a poignant experience every time.  I’ve been studying Ayurveda for a long time, and each time I listen to her or speak with her I gain new insight.  We had a very lovely heartfelt conversation, and I’m feeling so empowered by my role as a woman.  We spoke about worthiness, rites of passage, ritual and blisssss.  I hope you enjoy!
