Shatavari has also been used for 1000s of years as an overall female tonic and hormone balancer. It’s great during menstruation, great to help women transition off the pill!  It regulates the cycles, irregularities, menopause, hormones, fertility, postpartum breastmilk support AND SO MUCH MORE!
