Pitta ​Season is coming upon us, and what that means is, those of us with predominantly Pitta constitutions will need to be vigilant to stay balanced this time of year. Everyone has the elements of Fire and Water in their constitution to some degree, and when the environments outside ourselves increase the heat, we feel it internally. As the old adage in Ayurveda goes, like increases like, so here’s a grocery list to get you started with what you’ll need in your pantry to navigate the heat this Pitta season.
